Our new space has allowed us the capacity to bring many new possibilities, but the one that has been in the pipeline for a while now was extending our offerings to womenswear. Indeed, we have had the question asked so many times over the years and we are thrilled to be able say “YES!” we do offer womenswear!
Much of what we do is driven by timeless style & exceptional quality that we do find many of our good quality basics already service our female clientele.
So, for our womens specific curation, the focus is instead on a select few brands to provide those “stand-out” pieces. Still heavily influenced by workwear, we’ve chosen garments that have been mindfully designed to complement the female silhouette specifically – denim, jackets, jeans & shirts that hold true to our curation and showcase bold, strong style.
And if there was one brand that encapsulates this perfectly it is none other than W’menswear. It is a Bangkok based design studio led by Lauren Yates and driven by a vision to readapt mens garments for the contemporary woman. The focus is on a vernacular approach, working with authentic methods of fabrication to weave the stories of trail blazing women into their garments. Showcasing feminine silhouettes with a strong aesthetic that tell the story of women forging their way through history. Lauren has a strong emphasis on sustainable sourcing and ethical production, and chooses artisan (& often women-led) factories, working with them on their own terms, based on the belief that a diverse economy is a strong economy.
We are beyond excited that our foray into womenswear is beginning with this exceptional brand – we couldn’t have wished for a better partnership to start with!
