Whitesville

One of the original "sportswear" brands in the US, Whitesville was supremely popular and known for their t-shirts and varsity jackets until the 1950s. 

The introduction of competitors like Russell & Champion left the forerunners defunct, but visionary Japanese company Toyo Enterprises (think Sugarcane Jeans, Buzz Rickson etc) bought the rights, and now reproduces the garments authentically with meticulous attention to the quality, and every detail - right down the to the original packaging. 

The brand has now found renewed fame as being some of the best around!
