Elemental Brown Flannel Shirt

The fabric for this shirt was woven in the Niigata prefacture - a centre renowned for its yarn dyed fabrics. 

This fabric has both depth and weight, not dissimilar to that of denim.  The warp yarns are twinned for added strength, the weft slub yarns create a tactile texture. Its the balance of this texture and durability, together with a brushed finish to soften, which make this shirt so special.  

Using a classic work shirt patterns means you see a very simple design with all the definitive work shirt elements, like triple stitch rolled seams, elbow reinforcement and simple patch pockets.But simple doesn't mean basic, and the beauty of this simplicity is that it allows the fabric to shine. 

These are a western cut shirt, but we do find that you may need to size up.  Please email us if you have any sizing questions!
