Touring Dress

W'menswear is a Bangkok based design studio, led by Lauren Yates.  Driven by a vision to readapt mens garments for the contemporary woman, we love the strong female silhouette and the emphasis on sustainable & ethical production.  She primarily uses women-led artisan factories & authentic methods of fabrication to weave the stories of trail-blazing women throughout history.  Hard hitting garments for hard hitting women! 

This season draws inspiration from early women’s cycling attire (low resolution forms of what womens suiting would later become) and stories of adventure from women who decided to turn traditional female propriety on its ear, this collection sets out to celebrate the spinning revolution. 

The touring dress is super versatile, with structure, drape and easy form that is hugely flattering.  It features a full skirt, with gathered adjustable waistline, and pocket front and at the hem to create a balanced look through the bottom.  The fabric is a beautiful crispy blend of cotton and linen which holds the shape perfectly.  Sleeves are cuffed just above the wrist.
